Nitrogen or gas mixtures may be able to significantly extend the shelf life of your fish & seafood.

There are many differing types of fish and seafood. Some examples are: low fat, oily high fat, and shell fish, etc. Because of this, there are many different gas mixtures suitable and depending on the product being packaged, the gas mixture may be O2/CO2/N2 or CO2/N2 or others. Shelf life may be extended anywhere from two to three times the normal shelf life.
